Orders within Thailand
Shipping within Thailand is free of charge for all orders.

International orders
For international orders we work with postal services or couriers, depending on the value of the product.

International shipping destinations
At the moment we ship to a limited number of countries around the world, this is mostly because we are working with a small team and managing all possible destinations would be too time consuming. However, if your destination is not on the list and you are interested in ordering, contact us directly by email and we can see what we can do.

If your product is in stock
If all your products are in stock then they will ship within a few days.

If your product is not in stock
If one of the products of your order is not in stock it will need to be made by our suppliers. This means there could be considerable delays for your order, possibly weeks. In this case we will contact you directly whether you want to go ahead with the order, would like to ship the available items first or would like to cancel.

 

การจัดส่ง

การ์เดน ออฟ สยาม ใช้บริษัทขนส่งเอกชนและไปรษณีย์ไทยในการจัดส่งสินค้าทั่วประเทศไทยโดยไม่คิดค่าบริการการจัดส่งทุกรายการสินค้า โดยทางร้านค้าจะทำการจัดส่งสินค้าออกจากคลังหลังจากได้รับชำระค่าสินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้วภายใน 2-3 วันทำการ ระบบตอบกลับอัตโนมัติของทางร้านค้าจะส่งอีเมล์แจ้งเตือนท่านเมื่อขั้นตอนการชำระเงินเสร็จสิิ้น รวมถึงแจ้งสถานะการจัดส่งให้ท่านทราบ

ในกรณีสินค้าขาดสต็อก ร้านค้าจะรีบดำเนินการแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง ว่าสินค้าพร้อมจัดส่งเมื่อไหร่ และลูกค้าต้องการรอสินค้าหรือไม่ หากไม่ต้องการลูกค้าสามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้ทันที ทางร้านค้าจะทำการโอนเงินคืนตามช่องทางที่ท่านได้ทำการชำระเข้ามาในภาย 48 ชั่วโมง
