This is a really beautiful, unique handmade fabric that appears grey from a distance but when you have a close look it is actually made with brown, blue and grey yarn. This colors of the fabric also changes slightly when looking at it from different angles. The color of the fabric is not even but varies a bit, this is because it is hand made and hand dyed.
This is a medium heavy weight handwoven fabric made from cotton. It is hand dyed with natural dye.
This fabric is smooth but will become softer over time after using and washing it.
This fabric is great for making cushions, clothes or bags. It is not difficult to work with but it is good to have a overlock (serger) machine as it can fray easily as it always the case with handwoven fabrics. Once locked and stitched it is strong.
