Refund policy
Garden of Siam “the Store” does not have a policy to exchange, return products or refund customers. Customers are encouraged to check the product list and product prices before placing an order.
However, if there is damage due to transportation or the product received does not match the purchase order or the product has a defect, the Store will exchange the product for a new one at no charge. Customers must notify the Store within 48 hours after receiving the product by sending an email to gardenofsiam@gmail.com along with attaching a video file from before opening the package and while opening the package as a single video clip without editing. The product label must also be displayed on the front of the packaging box. The Store will respond to your request within 48 hours if your return or exchange is accepted. The Store will email you a return shipping label including instructions on how and where to return items.

1. Products to be exchanged must be in new condition, have not been used and show no other damage that is not caused by transportation.
2. For products returned to the store without receiving a refund request from the Store first: in that case we consider that the process of requesting a change or return from the customer has not yet occurred. The store reserves the right to refuse such requests for exchanges, returns, or refunds for these products.
