Shipping policy
Garden of Siam uses private transport companies as well as Thailand Post to deliver products throughout Thailand, free of charge for all products. Garden of Siam will ship the product from their warehouse after receiving payment within 2-3 business days. An automatic response system will send an email to notify you when the payment process is complete. Including informing you of the delivery status.
In case a product is out of stock Garden of Siam will notify customers within 48 hours if a product is not ready for delivery. You will then have an option to wait for the product or cancel their order. In case of cancellation Garden of Siam will transfer money back to the channel the customer paid with within 48 hours.
At this time, our system is not yet open for shipping products overseas. For international customers that are interested in shipping abroad then please contact us at gardenofsiam@gmail.com
